SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

UNI JERSEY FOOTBALL will arrange for products to be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Therefore, to avoid delivery issues, we kindly ask you to pay close attention when filling out the address details of your order.

RECIPIENT NOT AVAILABLE

Please ensure that someone will be available at the address to receive your products. The postal service will make three delivery attempts. If no one is present to receive the package, it will be taken to the nearest post office, and the recipient must pick up the package within 7 calendar days. If the package is not collected, it will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for resending the product.

All details regarding the delivery attempts and the post office location where the recipient must pick up the package in case of absence will be recorded in the order's tracking information, which can be monitored on the postal service's website using the tracking code provided by the store.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

UNI JERSEY FOOTBALL will not be responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information provided during the ordering process. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address. If the delivery cannot be made due to an address discrepancy provided by the customer, the customer will not be entitled to a refund, and a new shipping fee will be required to resend the product.

PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is processed and the payment is confirmed in our system, the next steps are order preparation, packaging, and dispatch. This process typically takes around 2 to 7 business days.

SHIPPING TIME AND TRACKING CODE

You will receive the tracking code via the email or WhatsApp registered at the time of purchase within 7 business days after your order is processed.

DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time is between 15 and 50 business days after the order is dispatched (it may arrive earlier).

However, adverse factors such as weather conditions, delivery restrictions due to risk areas, or national holidays may extend the delivery time by a few days. The maximum guaranteed delivery time is 75 business days.

SHIPPING METHODS

In some cases, such as the recipient being absent, delivery restrictions in the region, or incorrect addresses, the customer may need to pick up the product from the nearest post office.
