EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At UNI JERSERY FOOTBALL, we are constantly investing in policies to ensure our customers are always satisfied. You may request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days after receiving it. The following conditions must be observed:

The product must be returned in its original packaging;

The product must be returned without any signs of use or consumption, i.e., in the same condition it was received;

The product must be returned with attached tags (or protectors), manuals, and all accompanying accessories;

We do not accept exchanges for products that do not fit the customer: We provide the measurements of our products in centimeters to avoid sizing errors. According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the store to make exchanges due to consumer remorse regarding color, size, model, or any other reason.

IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Send an email to unijersyfootball@gmail.com and provide:

Product name;

Order number;

Email used for the purchase;

Reason for the exchange or return;

PHOTO OR VIDEO SHOWING AND PROVING THE DEFECT

Once all aspects regarding the product return are confirmed, we will provide you with the return address and reimburse you for the cost of the product and shipping.
